Meantime, the roof adventures continue. The barn is all snug, but the mud room roof is another matter. It is now fixed - just in time for Irene's weekend visit.
Maybe I'm not the only one who's a raging morning person... Four o' clocks are named just that because they tend to open around midafternoon, or four o' clock. Except mine, of course. Mine open around 7:30am and are in full glory before 8:30. They droop and are finished by 4:00pm. These are called broken colors, so are spotted or striped in different colors. Very pretty and the bees love them!
